Dear Friends and Neighbors,

Rep. Maureen Walsh speaks at the groundbreaking for the Columbia Basin College Wortman Medical Science Center.Since session ended at the end of March, I’ve been back home in our corner of southeast Washington. It’s great being back, and I look forward to meeting with folks throughout our communities this summer and fall. As lawmakers gear up for the 2017 session, I hope you will continuing contacting me with your thoughts and ideas for improving state government. If you ever want to meet with me one-on-one or would like me to speak at an event, please contact my office. The contact information is below and is also on my website at RepresentativeMaureenWalsh.com.

I am your state representative year-round, and I want to continue being a resource to you. However, this is an election year and, under provisions of a 1991 law created by Initiative 134, there are limits on what and when I can contact you. After this email update, the soonest I will be able to send another e-newsletter will be late December. Thankfully, the initiative does allow me to respond to your direct questions. I encourage you to contact me with your questions, comments and concerns. When you do, please specify that you’d like to receive a response so I can ensure we are not contacting you outside of the ethics provisions explained above.

Thank you for reading these email updates throughout session. I hope they’ve been informative and timely. It is an honor to serve you.

Sincerely,

Maureen Walsh

Sincerely,

Maureen Walsh
