Dear Friends and Neighbors,
Since session ended at the end of March, I've been back home in our corner of southeast Washington. It's great being back, and I look forward to meeting with folks throughout our communities this summer and fall. As lawmakers gear up for the 2017 session, I hope you will continuing contacting me with your thoughts and ideas for improving state government. If you ever want to meet with me one-on-one or would like me to speak at an event, please contact my office. The contact information is below and is also on my website at RepresentativeMaureenWalsh.com.
I am your state representative year-round, and I want to continue being a resource to you. However, this is an election year and, under provisions of a 1991 law created by Initiative 134, there are limits on what and when I can contact you. After this email update, the soonest I will be able to send another e-newsletter will be late December. Thankfully, the initiative does allow me to respond to your direct questions. I encourage you to contact me with your questions, comments and concerns. When you do, please specify that you'd like to receive a response so I can ensure we are not contacting you outside of the ethics provisions explained above.
Thank you for reading these email updates throughout session. I hope they've been informative and timely. It is an honor to serve you.
Sincerely,
Maureen Walsh
Sincerely,

Maureen Walsh
