Feb. 25, 2014: Rep. Walsh explains changes to a bill that addresses early learning subsidized child care and what the latest revenue forecast means for the state budget.

Feb. 17, 2014: Rep. Walsh outlines an amendment to a bill that provides additional funding for the developmentally disabled toward pay raises for caregivers.
